Herbert has sent all agents a new message on the Spy Phone -
The message says - "That's right, you mechanical menace! I should never have rebuilt you! I want to DEFEAT the Elite Penguin Fools, not destroy them!"
So, we now know Herbert rebuilt Protobot! Herbet wants to defeat us and not help us! What do you think Herbert's next plan will be?
