Click the penguin in the red cheerleader's dress's shoe for the Red Sneakers!

Click the blue cheerleader's beak for the Blue Sneakers!

Next, click the cheerleader's beak for the White Pom-Poms!

Finally, click the cheerleader's foot for the Yellow Sneakers!
