Club Penguin has FINALLY remembered the EPF and Rookie has just sent all agents a message! All agents should check their spy phones, they will see this message:

It reads: Hey everyone! It's been super duper quiet recently. What's going on? Anything new? ...This isn't exactly a useful message, it seems like Club Penguin just realized that they forgot about messages so they sent this... Kind of strange, don't you think?
