EPF Message From the Director

Hello agents - I hope you're not too busy because you all need to log in and check your spy phones right away! The Director has just contacted all agents via our spy phones.

The message says "CLASSIFIED: Using System Defender, we traced Herbert's location. We've blasted the area with cold air, which should make him hibernate."

Hmm... I wonder where Herbert is? And I think that the Director should have done a bit more research... Because polar bears do NOT hibernate! In my opinion, if Club Penguin is going to be realistic and realize that Herbert won't hibernate, I think this plan will fail! What are your thoughts?
