Pretty cool, but I've got no idea what it is... well, I DIDN'T until I rolled over the image with my mouse, and look what it says:
LOOK! When you roll over it is says "stamps.jpg" that means Billybob saved the image to his computer as "stamps" so this MUST be a sneak peek of stamps! They will need to be collected... maybe an agent's job!? What do you think!?
UPDATE: I told the Club Penguin team that I see it is stamps and they RIGHT AWAY changed it so it now says "Sneakpeek!" (Thanks, Anonymous)

if you read the comments on the what's new it should say in one of them: "These look like stamps or stickers! My guess is we will have an album to put them im evrey time we earn them and maybe we will have to do tasks to earn them anyway im excited!" and billybob answered: "Good guess! You might be on to something..."
